Lee A. Kleiman, MD, FACS
Dr. Lee A. Kleiman attended college at the University of Vermont, graduating Magna Cum Laude, attended the University of Maryland School of Medicine and continued on at the U. of Maryland for an Otolaryngology Residency. He went on to complete prestigious fellowships at the University of Toronto in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and at the University Hospital of Bern in Switzerland in Maxillofacial Trauma Reconstruction. After returning to the U.S. Dr. Kleiman lectured on the national stage, and was clinical professor at the University of Maryland and VA Hospital in Baltimore for several years. During this time, he led several surgical teams to Belize (with the Sisters of Mercy Hospital), partnering with local doctors to repair cleft lip deformities in children from underserved areas of Central America. He returned to the Annapolis, Severna Park, Glen Burnie area forming Severn River ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery in 2005, gaining a reputation for excellence in his personalized care of ENT and Facial Aesthetic patients alike. Well known for his down to earth manner, and his personalized concern for each patient, he has now treated multiple generations of families in the area that continue to refer their friends and relatives for their ENT and facial aesthetic needs.
Dr. Kleiman is known for his superior clinical outcomes in all Surgical and Non-Surgical ENT, specializing in Sinus Care, Voice and Swallowing, Rhinoplasty and Revision Rhinoplasty, Facelifts and Non-surgical Aesthetics, and continues to attend conferences internationally and nationally to keep abreast of the latest treatments and technology. Dr. Kleiman has been pleased to partner with Dr. Meek in Annapolis to form Anne Arundel ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery as of July 1, 2021.
Dr. Kleiman resides in Severna Park with his wife. They have three grown daughters who they enjoy spending time with now that they are empty nesters. In his free time, he enjoys boating on the Severn River, playing his drums in a Rock and Roll Band, biking and playing with his dogs, Milo and LuLu.
