Valleri Weyant, PA-C received her Bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University in 1990 and a Physician Assistant degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1997. Valleri has been a practicing PA in various disciplines of in-hospital and urgent care procedures. She has trained extensively in the areas of Otolaryngology, skin care, laser skin procedures, skin tightening and body contouring treatments and is specialized in injectables such as Botox. Valleri works closely with Dr. Kleiman in all aspects of his office practice.
Licensed by the State of Maryland, Valleri is nationally certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. In addition, she maintains a professional membership with the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Julia Mundt, DNP received her master’s in nursing and doctorate of nurse practitioner specializing in family practice from Johns Hopkins University. She has over ten years of experience in the medical field. Julia is Board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and belongs to American Nurses Association. Outside of work, Julia likes to spend time with her husband and three dogs.
Meghan Ronan, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant licensed in Maryland. She earned her bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College of Maryland in 2021 and gained valuable experience as a medical assistant at Anne Arundel ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery. Meghan completed her PA training at the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2024. As a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and Society of Physician Assistants in Otorhinolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery (SPAO-HNS), she is passionate about providing compassionate care to her patients. Outside of the office, Meghan loves to stay active by exercising, playing pickleball, and cherishing moments with her family and friends.
Heather Langford, M.A., CCC-SLP, received her Master of Arts degree in 1995 from the University of Maryland, College Park. She obtained her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association in June of 1996. She has primarily worked in hospital settings where she concentrated her skills in voice and swallowing disorders with a special interest in stroke and tracheostomy/ventilator dependency rehabilitation. She specializes in the use of videostroboscopy for the evaluation of voice dysfunction in the professional voice user as well as those patients requiring care for head and neck cancer and those suffering from the effects of reflux. She works closely with all of the physicians to assist with interpretation of swallowing studies and goal setting for patients having difficulty eating by mouth or communicating due to the effects of radiation and neurological conditions.
Maggie joined our team in September 2021 to lead our newly merged and expanded practice. She has 20 years of experience working in the medical field as a Medical Assistant and Assistant Manager. She closely works with our staff, making sure every patient experience is of the highest quality. Her calm and cheerful demeanor and her great organizational and communication skills have already made her the key to a caring, professional environment for our patients. In her free time, she loves to be creative with any artistic medium available, and she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and two bulldogs!
Brittany joined the practice in February 2020 as a Front Desk Receptionist and quickly proved herself to be a dedicated and valuable member of the team. She was promoted to Front Desk Supervisor and most recently to Assistant Practice Manager.
Brittany is known for her strong work ethic and self-proclaimed perfectionist mindset, always striving to ensure operations run smoothly while helping patients receive the care they deserve. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, coaching softball, and cozying up with a good book.
Tiffany is the Medical Assistant Supervisor at our ENT, Allergy, and Facial Plastic Surgery practice, where she leads the clinical support team with dedication, compassion, and a strong commitment to patient care. She plays an essential role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly while supporting both providers and staff to deliver the highest standard of care.
Known for her attention to detail and supportive leadership style, Tiffany helps create an efficient, welcoming environment for patients and team members. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children and can often be found relaxing with a good book.
Lily joined the practice in April 2024 and has since been promoted to Front Desk Supervisor. She is hardworking and passionate about helping patients while supporting and guiding the front desk team.
Lily takes pride in creating a positive experience for both patients and staff. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and caring for all of the animals at home.
