Valleri Weyant, PA-C received her Bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University in 1990 and a Physician Assistant degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1997. Valleri has been a practicing PA in various disciplines of in-hospital and urgent care procedures. She has trained extensively in the areas of Otolaryngology, skin care, laser skin procedures, skin tightening and body contouring treatments and is specialized in injectables such as Botox. Valleri works closely with Dr. Kleiman in all aspects of his office practice.
Licensed by the State of Maryland, Valleri is nationally certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. In addition, she maintains a professional membership with the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Tricia is a Master’s level trained Physician Assistant with specialization in Allergy, Sinus and ENT. Prior to obtaining her Master’s degree from Loma Linda University in 2005, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and Wellness Management, as well as an Associate’s degree in an Occupational Therapy Assistant program. She has had an incredible range of experience as a PA in the US (CA & TX) and in Japan, while accompanying her husband on tour with the Navy for 20 years. Mostly, she has worked in otolaryngology and allergy & asthma, but also, in pain management, emergency medicine, and medical aesthetics. Dedicated to her field, with an academic attention to detail, and a talent for developing caring relationships with her patients, she is an invaluable asset to our team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 4 children and her dog, she loves to travel, and absolutely loves to run! She has to-date, completed 9 marathons and countless half marathons! Tricia is licensed in the states of California, Texas and Maryland, certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Julia Mundt, CRNP received her master’s in nursing and doctorate of nurse practitioner specializing in family practice from Johns Hopkins University. She has over ten years of experience in the medical field with a specific interest in allergies. Julia is Board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and belongs to American Nurses Association. Outside of work, Julia likes to spend time with her husband and two dogs.
Meghan Ronan, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant licensed in Maryland. She earned her bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College of Maryland in 2021 and gained valuable experience as a medical assistant at Anne Arundel ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery. Meghan completed her PA training at the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2024. As a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and Society of Physician Assistants in Otorhinolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery (SPAO-HNS), she is passionate about providing compassionate care to her patients. Outside of the office, Meghan loves to stay active by exercising, playing pickleball, and cherishing moments with her family and friends.
Heather Langford, M.A., CCC-SLP, received her Master of Arts degree in 1995 from the University of Maryland, College Park. She obtained her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association in June of 1996. She has primarily worked in hospital settings where she concentrated her skills in voice and swallowing disorders with a special interest in stroke and tracheostomy/ventilator dependency rehabilitation. She specializes in the use of videostroboscopy for the evaluation of voice dysfunction in the professional voice user as well as those patients requiring care for head and neck cancer and those suffering from the effects of reflux. She works closely with all of the physicians to assist with interpretation of swallowing studies and goal setting for patients having difficulty eating by mouth or communicating due to the effects of radiation and neurological conditions.
Maggie joined our team in September 2021 to lead our newly merged and expanded practice. She has 20 years of experience working in the medical field as a Medical Assistant and Assistant Manager. She closely works with our staff, making sure every patient experience is of the highest quality. Her calm and cheerful demeanor and her great organizational and communication skills have already made her the key to a caring, professional environment for our patients. In her free time, she loves to be creative with any artistic medium available, and she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and two bulldogs!
Anna joined our practice in 2014 working as a Medical Assistant. Over the years, her interest in the aesthetic side of the practice grew, and she decided to pursue Aesthetician training at the Aveda Institute of Maryland. With her gentle, compassionate nature and her breadth of experience in medical skincare and non-surgical aesthetics, her aim is to nurture positive, lasting relationships with her clients. She absolutely loves her work and is deeply committed to helping her patients reach their skin care goals. As manager, she is devoted to providing an excellent patient experience from start to finish. Anna lives on Kent Island with her husband, two children and two dogs. Some of her favorite pastimes include going to the beach with her family and camping.
Tiffany started at our practice in 2021 during the merge between Dr. Kleiman and Dr. Meek. She has since been promoted to MA Supervisor helping to train new hires, improve procedures, and support all providers and medical assisting staff. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and loves reading a good book.
Brittany joined the practice in February 2020- right before COVID hit! She quickly learned to adapt to many changes and found joy in being able to help the patients in various capacities. In her free time, she enjoys coaching softball, being in nature, and spending time with her husband.
Vanessa started with Dr. Kleiman in 2016 as an office assistant and worked her way up to Call Center Supervisor. She is driven by independence and hard work and takes pride in providing the best representative service possible. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling the world with her husband and taking her dog for long walks.
